Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery, applicable only under the following conditions:
- Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Used, washed, or worn items
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Minor color or design variation due to screen differences
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale (if applicable)
Return/Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us via WhatsApp or email with:
- Order details
- Clear photos of the product
- Unboxing video (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
Shipping Costs
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 48–72 hours
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location
- Delays due to external factors (courier, weather, etc.) are beyond our control

We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However:
- Actual colors may slightly vary due to screen settings
- Product images are for representation purposes
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share an unboxing video and clear images as proof
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
Order Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3 working days.
After Shipment
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If the order is refused or returned after shipment, applicable charges may be deducted from the refund.
Customer Conduct Policy
We expect respectful and professional communication with our support team.
Nianki reserves the right to take appropriate action, including denying service, in cases of:
- Abusive or offensive language
- Repeated harassment or misuse of support channels
Fraud Prevention Policy
Nianki reserves the right to:
- Cancel suspicious orders
- Deny service in case of fraudulent activity
- Take legal action against misuse of return/refund policies
